Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of Skillverrs, governing all custom digital services, design assets, video assets, and educational applications purchased through our website.
1. Custom Digital Services (Design, Video, Motion Graphics)
Since we design and edit custom digital products tailored specifically to your project requirements, we cannot offer full refunds once the actual work has started on your request. Our refund model is structured as follows:
- Before Work Starts: If you cancel your request before we assign a designer or editor and begin drafting, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees).
- During Draft/Concept Phase: If you cancel the project after seeing the first round of drafts/concepts but before any file approvals, you are eligible for a 50% partial refund to compensate for the creative hours spent.
- After Draft Approval or Final Delivery: Once you approve a logo concept, a video draft, or a design file, or after final high-resolution/source files are delivered via email/portal, we offer no refunds under any circumstances.
2. Educational Web Apps & LMS Systems
For custom web application development, school management systems (LMS), and digital platforms, refund and milestone cancellations are governed strictly by the separate Project Agreement signed before development begins. In general, completed coding phases and completed milestones are non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel / Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us directly at contact@slidcraft.com with your project invoice number and details of your request. We will evaluate your request within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing policies.
