Unless otherwise stated, Skillverrs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Skillverrs before final handover. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights, ownership, and source files of the custom deliverables (such as finalized logos, edited videos, graphics assets, and web source codes) are fully transferred to the client. Skillverrs retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. User Content & Client Briefs

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to submit project inquiries, assets, briefs, and feedback. Skillverrs does not screen, edit, or publish client assets prior to their presence on the website workspace, but reserves the right to reject any material that violates copyright, trademark, or local legal boundaries.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting baselines in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change depending on actual project specifications, customized features, complexity, and delivery deadlines. Before starting any project, a formal invoice or design proposal outlining the scope of work and payment milestones will be agreed upon by both parties.

4. Project Revisions

The number of design or video edits included is specified in the chosen pricing tier. Any revisions outside the agreed scope or after the final files have been approved and delivered may incur additional custom service charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skillverrs, nor any of its developers, designers, or editors, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our creative work. Skillverrs shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our delivered digital services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
