Shipping & Delivery Policy

Skillverrs offers digital services and digital custom assets including logo designs, custom graphics, edited video packages, motion templates, and custom school LMS web applications.

Since all our offerings are digital services, no physical shipping takes place, and no physical shipping charges are applicable.

1. Mode of Delivery

All finalized digital deliverables, creative assets, source codes, and files will be delivered electronically. Delivery is completed through the following mediums:

• Email: High-resolution export files (PNG, JPEG, PDF, MP4) will be sent directly to your registered email address.
• Cloud Download Links: Large project files (such as heavy video exports, raw files, or source packages) will be shared via secure cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io).
• GitHub / Server Handover: For Educational Web Apps and School LMS, deployment source files will be delivered via GitHub repositories or deployed directly to your designated hosting server.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines are based on the project scale and pricing tier selected:

• Logo Design: 1 to 3 business days from receipt of brief.
• Graphics Design Assets: 1 to 3 business days per design request.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: 2 to 5 business days (standard video editing) or as agreed in custom quote.
• LMS & Educational Web Apps: 2 to 6 weeks, depending on custom features and database complexity, as specified in the service agreement.

Timeline calculations begin only after you provide all necessary assets (branding files, raw video footage, copy, logos, etc.) and after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Delays & Extension

Delays in providing project feedback, text copy, raw footage, or necessary assets will automatically extend the delivery timeline. Skillverrs is not liable for delayed delivery caused by client responsiveness issues.

4. Proof of Delivery

Electronic confirmation, email records showing sent deliverables, file download receipts, or deployed live web server files shall constitute valid proof of successful delivery of our creative services.
